Any port or package for OpenBSD 5.1? pbzip2 is parallel bzip2, better for multi-core processors.

There is no port in the tree, nor has there been any port of it posted to the ports@ mailing list.
You're welcome to port it if you have the skills and the time. See the OpenBSD Porter's Handbook.

Not weird. Quite common. So common that there is a FAQ entry about it.
