I agree with robbak, VCD's have a traditional ISO9660 file system..
@mfaridi, have you tried mounting the file system like: % mount -t cd9660 /dev/cd(n)a /cdromWhat's the /cdrom line in /etc/fstab? ![]() Still, I believe many applications can play VCD's without first mounting them, VLC/mplayer... xine perhaps.
