hey guys is there a way of updating a package without it rebuilding half the system again.
why im asking is that i did a "lintpkgsrc -i" to see what packages are out of date and a few came back so i decide to update those packages one of them was dbus so i cd to that dir and bmake update and it deleted everything and then rebuild everything it took all day just to update dbus then i tried update python and it did the same rebuild everything again "so another day to update one package" so im just asking is there a way off just updating that package only without it rebuild everything again cheers |
