ports tree now locked
Yet another rite of passage as the project developers move towards the release of OpenBSD 4.9:
http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=129560821924520&w=2 For those new to OpenBSD, during the beta cycle (& before the source code is tagged & cut...) submissions for the ports tree are momentarily stalled such that the focus can be made on stability & cross-dependence. Submissions can still be made, but unless deemed as critical to OpenBSD 4.9, they will be held until after tagging has occurred.
