Just as they did last year, over thirty international security organisations have come together, to publish a list of the 25 most dangerous programming errors leading to vulnerabilities that can be exploited for cybercrime and espionage.

This might sound rude, but is it just me, or does the list make the word SNPFU? - "Situation Normal, Programmers Fouled Up", come to mind... not that anyone is perfect.

The one on includes/requires/etc that is apparently so prevalent with PHP, is actually one I've seen in action while auditing stuff that's already been deployed. To the point in fact, that some people I know have gotten a tad paranoid about what they import, and where they upload edits lol.
