Can't find portupgrade

I installed FreeBSD for the first time and I'm trying to get used to it. Where did portupgrade go?

I used

Code:

# make search name=portupgrade

But it's neither in ports-mgmt (that collection is totally absent by the way) nor in sysutils.

Any ideas?

You appear to have an incomplete ports tree. Run
