how to buildworld ?
how do i update my system to RELENG_7_0 using cvsup since there are 2 sup file standard and stable which 1 is the correct file that i have to change the tag to RELENG_7_0 ?
Where can i find a clear guideline to buildworld?

Read the first section in "makefile" located in /usr/src/... that should give you a start.
Also read what xiphias has mentioned...
