Default Restoring a duplicity file

Anyone out there know what the syntax would be to difftar (Open/Restore this file to /home /Desktop directory)?

"duplicity-full.20220406T225115Z.vol1.difftar" located ]in /home/Desktop directory

(This is on a linux box)
