Default gsed won't build

Hello everyone,
I am new and I only have nVidia card computers (If I knew the point about nVidia and free... I won't take but too late now).
So I use NetBSD on VM thanks to VBox. I use NetBSD 7.99.xx with -current pkgsrc. When I install my NetBSD system, I select everything BUT X11, I install it thanks to modular-xorg from meta-pkgs.

The problem is I can't build gsed, I have a non-explicite error (error 1 but no error message saying there is a problem, only "stop")

Why doesn't it work ? What wrong I did ? Is it because of VirtualBox's VM ?
