OpenBSD platform comparison

I'm trying to focus on differences that matter to users and userland C programmers instead of pointing out the many low-level quirks. Some differences are because the hardware simply doesn't do that, others are because "nobody has done the work". Loongson SMP will apparently be yes soon. |
