Why doesnot fluxbox auto tabbing work ?

$ uname -a
OpenBSD myobsd.zsoft.com 5.1 GENERIC#160 i386

I have the following code in ~/.fluxbox/apps

# a group that only looks for windows on the current workspace
[group]   (workspace=[current])
    [app] (name=xterm) (class=XTerm) 
    [app] (name=firefox) (class=Firefox)
    [Maximized]   {yes}
[end]

However, Both firefox and xterm cannot be grouped together automatically once started.
