Can FAT32 partition be writable by ordinary user ?
I use `mount_msdos -o rw /dev/wd0j /mnt/J` to mount a FAT32 partition. But it is writable only by root user.
BTW, why do all directory name in FAT32 become upper case ? Sincerely!
