NetBSD on HP ipaq H6340 .. is it portable ?

Hello There ! !

I've an old HP ipaq H6340 ..

Is it possible to install NetBSD on it ?

while old windows mobile versions (2oo3 -2005) don't support more than 2g MiscroSD cards unless a patch is used .. how this could be done ?
windows version is 2003 , spanish , does it problematize the use of the patch or something ?
