does not work sound on firefox 3.6

hi,
how do I resolve possible conflicts with adobe-flash-player and firefox.?
sound does not work on firefox.
Sound works everywhere. On firefox seems not enabled.
my OS version is 5.1, i386 and firefox version is 3.6.13.
