Just updating this thread,
The open source nv driver doesn't support the GeForce 91xx "embedded/motherboard" GPU's yet. Adding support for it (..2D) should be as simple as adding the vendor/product combo to the NVKnownChipsets structure in nv_driver.c. The 2D nouveau driver matches on family not chipset, so it should work automatically on your card. Can you tell us if you resolved the issue?
