Forum conglomeration and typo fix suggestion

Shouldn't the 'PC-BSD' forum be lumped in with the 'Other BSD' forum? Just wondering what distinguishes it from the others that it has its own.

Also, the forum name/description:

... contains a grammatical error. The possessive "its" should not contain an apostrophe. (Only the contraction does.)
