Yeah they are counting uploads. That what's killing me. I've shut down my p2p, shh and my web server....

I don't know if Comcast is counting upload traffic. Here in Germany ISPs do.

I'm on dsl I pay $29.99 for 200 gigs of badwidth. I can get unlimited for $10 more but I rarely even get close to 200 gigs. I can't stand cable it sucks around here.
