Manual install of Mediawiki?
I upgrade my ports collection before installing Mediawiki, but the version that I have is 1.12. Mediawiki has a newer version (1.13), that I would like to install. How can I manually upgrade from 1.12 to 1.13?

Did you install Mediawiki 1.12 from e.g. the .tgz on the project page or from ports?
If the former, take whatever backups you need of configuration files and of wiki data, remove the installation, install from ports, and then restore your config files / data. If the latter, things will be much easier. Just upgrade using portmaster. --- Also, I see there is a mediawiki12 and a mediawiki (1.13) port available...

I installed from ports. I just ran portmaster -L and it says that all of my ports are current. What else can I try?

Oops, just saw your last sentence. I looked in /usr/ports/www/ and there are other mediawiki directories in there, but non are 12 or 13. I installed from /usr/ports/www/mediawiki

Okay, I forgot to run:
csup -L 2 /root/ports-supfile It's upgrading the port now.
