mplayer volume cannot increase.
I just installed mplayer but the volume just won't increase nor i press 0 or * .
Please help.

Nope. I think you misunderstood. The problem is from Mplayer. I'm still able to decrease the volume via key 9 but +volume key 0 is not working.
