cwm also from Welsh word for cirque?
Saw this word on Anu Garg's Word of the Day and not being Welsh nor much of an outdoorsman immediately thought of the window manager. I wonder if its creators knew this word. A cirque could be calming, at least if you weren't being pushed off it.
