http://www.freebsd.org/news/news.html gives a list of forums.

Someone with more knowledge might have a better idea, but might it be worth submitting a PR with mention that bsdforums has bee abandoned and that this is its accepted replacement?

(Even better would if someone knows who maintains the news page. I don't see anything on the page about how one would submit news.)

pr sent .............

The list of forums on the page http://www.freebsd.org/news/news.html lists an outdated forum BSDForums.org. This site has been abandoned in favour of daemonforums.org. The reasons behind the move are detailed in threads on the respective sites.

At the very least, http://daemonforums.org/, "Deamon Forums", needs to be listed on that page as the current BSDForums is full of spam and the majority of members have migrated to the new site anyway.

I had done the same thing the first week this forum started. Guess I don't have the pull.
