When I type the startx kde command he(it) posts(shows) a following error

Waiting for x server to shut freefrontpath fpe /usr/local/lib/x11fonts/misc/ refcount is 2, shhould be 1; fixing

xauth: error in locking authority file /root/.xauthority

[mtx]

does /root/.xauthority exists and if yes what are the permissions of the file?
