What do you mean with this exactly?
I use SecureCRT, which works very well and is the best Windows ssh client available IMO ... But it's not free.
Of the free Windows ssh clients, Putty is the best option IMO ...

For the archives: PuTTY doesn't use standard SSH keys. It uses it's own format. You have to convert (import SSH key into puttygen, save key to .ppk file) the OpenSSH keys in to PuTTY ppk files first. Just the private key. After that, you can connect via PuTTY using keys.
It's just a file format ... You can import and export from and to the Putty file format ... It's no big deal...

PuTTY uses the standard SSH protocol, same as any SSH client. It even uses the OpenSSH code underneath, I believe.
It's just the text format for the SSH keys that is different. But the PuTTY suite includes a key import/export/convert/create tool, puttygen, so it's not really a bit deal. Just something you have to remember to do.
